Deploy Ghost theme with Github actions

Being able to automatically deploy Ghost theme changes by pushing to your main branch is a massive time saver and is quick and easy to set up thanks to Github Actions (if I can do it so can you).

No more zipping up your theme and manually uploading it to your site. I just wish I'd set it up sooner...
